Design to Execution
Project Allocation & Initial Brief: Once the project is confirmed, it is assigned to one of our experienced interior designers. The designer receives a detailed project brief and specific requirements gathered by our Business Development Manager during the initial discussions with the client. Understanding Your Requirements: Our designer discusses the project in detail with the client to understand their lifestyle, preferences, functional needs, budget, and design expectations. Using the available floor plan and project details, we carefully study the space and develop an appropriate design approach. Site Visit & Actual Measurements: The designer visits the site to assess the space and take accurate measurements. This helps us understand the actual dimensions, structural conditions, electrical points, and other site-specific requirements before proceeding with the design. Detailed Design & Drawings: Based on the client's requirements and site measurements, our designer prepares detailed drawings and design layouts. These are shared with the client for review, feedback, and further discussion. Finalization & Client Approval: The designs and drawings are refined based on the client's feedback. Once all details are mutually agreed upon and approved, the final drawings are prepared for execution. Production & Execution: The approved drawings are forwarded to our production team for manufacturing. Our project and installation teams then coordinate the execution and installation to ensure the finished interiors are delivered as per the approved design and specifications.
Site & Production Verification Checklist
Design Alignment: Factory manager and designer resolve all technical clarifications and double-check custom specifications before releasing orders.
On-Site Dimension Audit: The team conducts a final physical audit of the flat to re-measure all site dimensions against factory production drawings.
Scheduled Manufacturing Release: Production launch dates are locked in once the project manager verifies site readiness and receives client sign-off.
